1. Service Definition and Scope

Voca Class is a platform for learning English vocabulary and provides the following services:

• Creation and management of vocabulary lists
• English vocabulary learning and review
• Text-to-speech (TTS) functionality
• Google Sheets integration
• Other additional services

2. Registration and Account

To register for the service, you must agree to the following:

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information and password.
• You may not use another person's account without authorization.

3. Conditions of Use

When using the service, you must comply with the following conditions:

• You must comply with these Terms and relevant laws.
• You must not misuse the service or use it for illegal purposes.
• You must not bypass or disable the technical protection measures of the service.
• You must not engage in activities that interfere with the normal operation of the service.

4. Service Fees

The service is provided free of charge in its basic form, but some features may be provided for a fee:

• Free users: Access to basic functions
• Premium users: Access to advanced features and additional benefits
• Payment can be made through in-app purchases, credit cards, and other methods.
• Cancellation and refunds are governed by relevant laws, including e-commerce laws.

5. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights related to the content provided by the service are regulated as follows:

• All content provided by the service is protected by copyright law and other relevant laws.
• Intellectual property rights for user-generated content belong to the user, but a license is granted for use within the service.
• You must not upload or share content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

6. Service Changes and Termination

The service may be changed or terminated in the following situations:

• The service may be changed due to service improvements, technical issues, legal changes, etc.
• The service may be interrupted due to force majeure causes such as natural disasters, war, riots, system failures, hacking, etc.
• If the service is to be terminated, notice will be provided at least 30 days in advance, along with guidance on handling user data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liability related to the use of the service is limited as follows:

• The service is provided 'as is' and does not guarantee suitability for a specific purpose or results.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by user negligence.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information provided through the service.
• We exclude liability for all possible damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising during the use of the service are resolved as follows:

• In case of a dispute related to the use of the service, both parties shall endeavor to resolve it through amicable consultation.
• If not resolved through consultation, it shall be resolved according to relevant laws and Korean business customs.
• If litigation is necessary, the courts of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction.

9. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be changed according to the following procedure:

• When the Terms are changed, the effective date and reason for revision will be specified and announced in the service.
• For significant changes, notice will be provided at least 7 days in advance, and user consent will be obtained.
• If you do not agree to the changed Terms, you may discontinue the use of the service and withdraw your membership.

• Even if part of the Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining parts remain valid.
